About Aaron Silverman

I live in the beautiful city of Charleston, SC. I graduated from Newberry College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and the Florida Institute of Technology with a Master of Science degree in Environmental Resources Management.

After grad school, I spent a month in the Artic on a Coast Guard cutter as a research assistant. I lived in Kuwait for a while where I worked as an environmental contractor to the US Army. I backpacked through Germany for the World Cup in 2006, rode a camel to the pyramids in Giza, visited 4 continents and about 15 countries.

Needless to say, life has been action packed, and I have enjoyed it so far.

Along the way I learned, I am pretty good at business. I stumbled in Real Estate Investing in 2005 and went full time in 2006; I have not looked back since. The journey has had some ups and downs; none-the-less, it has been a rewarding and fun experience so far.

Real Estate is definitely the long term goal; however, business is a very important aspect of running a successful Real Estate Investing company. I, more or less, fell into Business Consulting and writing as compliments to Real Estate Investing.

In addition, I also co-own a data collection company, which developed out of the Real Estate Investing company.
